Shipping Information

We aim to process and ship all orders within 5 business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We work with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Order Tracking:
All our orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control. If your package appears lost or severely delayed, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Returns & refunds

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Important Notes:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
